Our psychologists can only see a limited number of clients per day. When appointments are booked the psychologist reserves the whole session especially for you, and when missed, that time can not be used to support another client who really wishes to see a psychologist.

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show) or failure to cancel your appointment with adequate notice will incur a cancellation fee.

The following cancellation policy is in place:

24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations so that we can offer that time to another client. If you fail to attend, or do not give enough notice, you will be financially responsible for a cancellation fee of $100.00

Should you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment: this can be done by calling reception on 6496 0039 and leaving a voicemail message, or emailing admin@lifepathpsychology.com.au

Make the time for yourself and commit to attending, this helps to aid your progress.

A late cancelled appointment is a loss to three people

• The client who is delaying their therapy progress
• Another client who has been sitting on the waiting list to see the psychologist urgently
• The psychologist who spent time preparing for the session
