Lifepath Psychology is a private psychology practice, therefore we are funded through patients paying fees.
We also receive referrals through workers’ compensation and motor vehicle claims and, in these instances, the insurer usually pays for sessions.
Consultation fees our psychologists charge vary according to type of service being offered.
** Please note, fees are payable at the time of consultation and we are a “no cash” practice.
All payments are processed instantly via Eftpos, Medicare and/or Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Cancellation Policy
When appointments are booked, the psychologist reserves the whole hour especially for you, therefore the following cancellation policy is in place.
24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations so that we can offer that time to another client. if you fail to attend, or do not give enough notice, you will be financially responsible for a cancellation fee of $100.00.
Make the time for yourself and commit to attending, this helps to aid your progress.
We understand that sometimes you may be unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation.
A late cancelled appointment is a loss to three people
- The client who is delaying their therapy progress
- Another client who has been sitting on the waiting list to see the psychologist urgently
- The psychologist who spent the morning preparing for the session
